Hey friends, I want to introduce you to something that has been on my heart the past few months. I have started a ministry called Because of Him (boH) and the mission is to feed the hungry with the hope of the Lord and fulfill their needs through obedience to Christ’s call to help the least of these.

Since my mission trip to the Dominican Republic, God has put it on my heart to do something. One day while sitting in the carpool lane at my children’s school, I watched as young children came running out of school with clean clothes, big smiles, and backpacks. And that’s when I knew I would find a way to sell cute and affordable back packs to bless others.

Recently, I learned of a ministry in Yucatan Mexico, called the Global Impact Group. I was introduced to Alfonso who lives there serving the Lord through this ministry and the Cancun Life Church. He told me of the great financial needs they had and I knew right away I wanted to help.

The proceeds from the book bags go to help his ministry and reach more people with Christ’s love. I have designed and ordered really cute book bags that will be for sale in December but right now I’m selling t-shirts that are $18.

If you would like to order a shirt please let me know and I will deliver them to you or you can pick them up at MiGi’s. I know times are tough right now, especially during the holidays but I'm asking you to be in prayer for this precious man, his family and his ministry.

Fringe, Fringe, Fringe! Not just on boots, but purses, jackets, pants...find fringe on everything!

Leggings are still around, but go for the full length leggings, not the shin length. They go with everything and fit inside boots perfectly!

Hey ya'll we had a great time at the beach with our family. Got great sun and the kids loved the ocean! We didn't love the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night! We both grabbed our kids and ran down 10 flights of stairs to safety! There was in fact no fire, but a faulty valve or something...who knows! So now we're in LA looking for all the "it" items for fall. We can't wait to share with you what we found!

My Other Half

I feel so lost. I literally cried all morning the day she left. I'm helping my mom with her daughter Ellie James so I'm staying busy with her and my 3 kids. We have a trip planned to the water park and to see Ice Age and lots of pool time! I know the week will fly by and I can't wait to hear about the work of God at the orphanage in the Dominican Republic. Misti has always had a desire to adopt. I told her she's going to want to bring all those precious children home with her. We'll see! I miss her bunches. :) xoxo, Ginger

Hey me, my husband Ti and our son, Cruz are in the Dominican Republic on a mission trip. Ti and I had been talking about going on a mission trip for awhile and he came home one night and said, "Hey you wanna go on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic where you will be doing mission work to kids in an orphanage?" I immediately said YES!

Growing up I would always say I'm gonna start an orphange, I have always had a passion for orphans. I honestly believe God opened this door wide open for my family! I'm so excited and pray that God will speak and Shine through me! I know I will forever be changed and im looking forward to this experience that Christ has led me on!

Hi we're Misti Garner and Ginger Wartes, owners of MiGi's Boutique.

Growing up as identical twins with a love for fashion we had dreams of opening our very own boutique. In 2001, that dream became a reality with the opening of MiGi's.

Since we have been so blessed. We now own and operate four stores with plans for expansion in several markets soon. We thank God for His hand on our businesses and Praise Him for all He has done for us.
